Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant played brilliantly in a 104-99 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on home turf (104-99).
Ja posted a double-double performance of 41 points and 10 rebounds, and added two assists and two blocks.

After the game, Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach David Fizdale, who is leading the team in the absence of head coach Frank Vogel because of the corona, said Morant is already one of the best players in the league.
“Don’t say he’s a future champion and a great player because he’s already one of the best players in the league. The boy’s a real superstar,” Fizdale said.
This season Morant is averaging 28.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 6.5 assists.
